Steve McLean is a comedian and writer from Scotland, currently living in London.

His trilogy of shows based on merchandise (Action Figure Archive, Action Figure Archive Volume 2 and Action Figure Archive Retrosexual) made multiple top ten lists and toured internationally.

His favourite Deep Purple album is Come Taste the Band. He knows this will win him no favours among the hardcore.

Stealing…. Cactus

My latest (and last for a little white) ‘Stealing’ blog is up on the NVV site.

It’s the one I enjoyed writing most since the story is a little different. It’s about Cactus or to be more precise ‘The New Cactus Band’ who were an official off shoot of the original band.

The difference, along with being sanctioned by original members, is that the band recorded new material and toured it around the US.

The New Cactus band member Charlie J Souza was amazingly helpful in putting this blog together.
